Oceanview Room
Oceanview rooms are well appointed with upgraded bedding, robes, refrigerator, coffeemaker, safe, robes and air conditioning. Double French doors open to a veranda with a view of the ocean.
Oceanview Suites
Oceanview suites are well appointed with upgraded bedding, robes, refrigerator, coffeemaker, safe, robes and air conditioning. The suite boasts a comfortable sitting room with sleeper sofa and chair. Double French doors open to a veranda with a view of the ocean from the bedroom and the mountains from the sitting room.
Policies
Rates include full breakfast and daily cleaning service. Linens are changed every third day.
Rates DO include 13% sales tax. A 10% service charge will be added to all restaurant and bar purchases.
50% of reservation is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due at checkout.
The maximum guests in our rooms is 2 per bedroom. Additional guests may be accommodated in the suites with prior arrangements. There are additional charges for additional guests.
Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a charge.
Holiday rates apply December 20th through January 5th.
Management declines all responsibility for valuables left in the rooms.

Cancellations
If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the first night of the booking you are entitled to a full refund. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the first night of the booking you will be charged for the first night of the booking.
All cancellations need to be sent via e-mail to: info@elcastillocr.com. A cancellation is not confirmed until you have received an email confirmation from us.
